Westminster International College arranges for accommodation for students to ensure student support and welfare. Pleasant apartment units in a garden setting are within walking distance of the college. Each unit consists of 3 rooms that are rented out on a single and twin sharing basis.
Each resident is provided with a single bed, a mattress, bed sheet, a study table, chair and a cupboard. Each room also comes equipped with a ceiling fan and curtains with air-conditioning as an option. Every fully furnished apartment unit has a living area, a kitchenette complete with refrigerator, water filter, microwave, electric kettle and washing machine.
Only students duly registered in any of the programmes conducted by WIC may apply for accommodation. Rooms are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Application booking fee must reach the Management Office at least 1 month before arrival. The tenancy will be on a year/course basis unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation / Termination for any reason will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
