Westminster International College arranges for accommodation for students to ensure that their well-being is taken care of. Pleasant apartment units in a garden setting are within walking distance of the college. Each unit consists of 3 rooms that are rented out on a single and twin sharing basis. Each resident is provided with a single bed, a mattress, bed sheet, a study table, chair and a cupboard. Each room also comes equipped with a ceiling fan and curtains with air-conditioning as an option. Every fully furnished apartment unit has a living area, a kitchenette complete with a refrigerator, a water filter, a microwave, an electric kettle and a washing machine.

Only students duly registered in any of the programmes conducted by WIC may apply for accommodation. Rooms are allocated on a first-come-first served basis. Application booking fee must reach the Management Office at least one (1) month before the student arrives. The tenancy will be on a year/course basis unless otherwise agreed. Upon Cancellation / Termination for any reason will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
